1 General Information & Applicability

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

• You must provide your real name, correct date of birth, and a valid mobile number at the time of registration.
• Only one account may be registered per email address.
• Multiple members of the same household may each open a separate account; however, managing more than one account from the same device or IP address is prohibited.
• A copy of your national ID card or passport may be requested for KYC verification.
• Registering with false information will result in permanent account suspension.

3 Account Security & Password

The security of your 1xet account is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.
• Avoid logging into your account over public Wi-Fi.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account is strongly recommended.
• Managing an account through a third party is prohibited.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another person.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Specific rules apply to all financial transactions on 1xet. We support popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh, including Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. Every transaction is processed through a secure and verifiable channel.

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200 (two hundred taka).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Only mobile banking or bank accounts registered in your own name may be used.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes 24 to 72 hours.
• Additional KYC verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.
• We monitor all transactions to prevent money laundering.
• 1xet reserves the right to ask questions about the source of deposited funds.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

1xet's various bonuses and promotional offers provide special benefits to members. However, each bonus comes with specific Wagering Requirements that must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is generally 20–30 times the deposit amount.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• For a referral bonus, the referred person must complete their first deposit.
• Wagering requirements also apply to any winnings earned from free spin bonuses.
• 1xet reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities on 1xet are governed by specific rules. Each game has its own set of rules, available within the game interface or the help section. Additional rules apply for cricket and football betting.

• All game outcomes are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.
• Once a bet is confirmed in live betting, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, the staked amount will be refunded.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, all bets placed will be considered void.
• 1xet reserves the right to withhold payouts if suspicious betting patterns are detected.
• 1xet is not liable for any loss of connection during a game session.

7 Prohibited Activities

Certain activities are strictly prohibited to maintain a fair and safe environment on 1xet. Violations may result in permanent account closure and, where necessary, legal action.

• Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Using any software or bots in betting or gaming.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or hacking the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other members.
• Registering with false information or attempting to bypass KYC verification.
• Accessing the platform from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

1xet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under the circumstances listed below. You may also request voluntary account closure at any time.

• Any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of false information.
• Signs of suspicious financial transactions or fraud.
• Self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Direction from a court or regulatory authority.

Whether your balance is returned upon account closure depends on the reason for closure. If the account is closed due to a policy violation, the balance may be forfeited.

9 Limitation of Liability

1xet strives to deliver the highest quality service; however, our liability has certain limits. 1xet is not directly responsible for technical issues, third-party service failures, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Game loss due to loss of internet connection.
• Delays or failures from third-party payment gateways.
• Unexpected server downtime.
• Issues caused by the user's own device.

10 Changes to Terms & Conditions

1xet reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or in-platform notification.
